"Smells nice, but I keep having to reapply"
I really like the scent, it smells fresh and pleasant at first. The problem is it fades way too fast, so I end up using it again and again throughout the day. Feels like wasted energy constantly trying to keep the smell going.

"Pretty much smells like the real thing"

I picked these out based on the scent descriptions, and for the most part they were in the general ballpark. A couple of them were just different than I had in my head, if that makes sense. Not bad or anything, just a little stronger and sweeter than I expected.

The order showed up fine and the bottles were all okay, though I don’t remember the shipping being especially fast or slow. Prices seemed reasonable enough. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d go with smaller sizes first, especially since the scent notes could be a bit clearer.

"Scent options kept feeling like a moving target"
I was really hoping there’d be a better variety of scents, but the selection felt limited. A bunch of the ones I was looking for weren’t available, and the ones they did have were kind of boring. It also felt like the expectations kept shifting, like I’d find something I wanted, then suddenly it wasn’t an option. Just felt like moving goalposts the whole time, and in the end it wasn’t worth it for me

"Delivery seems inconsistent"
I’ve had my package show up late twice now, and both times there wasn’t really a clear update on what was going on. At this point, I’m kind of assuming their delivery timing is just hit or miss, which is frustrating when you’re waiting around.

"Good order, shipping was a little steep"
I ordered from Makes Scents and I was a little nervous at first because I always worry about getting fooled by random online shops. Thankfully, everything showed up fine and the items were what I expected. The shipping cost was a bit higher than I thought it would be, but it wasn’t outrageous. Overall I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy again, especially if I needed enough stuff to make the shipping feel worth it.

"Packed well, shipping beat it up a bit"
The order showed up packed nicely, and nothing was leaking or broken, so I can’t really complain. The box did have one corner kind of smashed, but I’m guessing that’s more on the shipping side than the packaging. Everything inside was totally fine, and I actually liked that they didn’t go overboard with a bunch of unnecessary filler. Overall, I’m happy with it, though maybe a little extra padding wouldn’t hurt for longer trips

I returned an item and did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating, but you know, totally fine, no big deal. Support did reply when I reached out, just not exactly quickly. Overall it was okay, just not the fastest return experience.

"Checkout worked, but I expected it to be quicker"
I was able to place my order without any major problems, but the checkout process felt a bit clunky and slower than I expected. I had to go back and double-check my cart a couple of times, and the shipping details didn’t show up as quickly as I thought they would. Payment went through fine and I got the confirmation, so it worked in the end. Just wish the whole process was a little smoother and faster

I got samples before placing my order, i’m glad I did. It made the decision a lot easier. I’d definitely warn others not to skip the sample step, because it can save you from ordering something that might not be what you expected

"Usually has what I’m looking for"
I’ve ordered from makesscentsonline.com a handful of times now, and most of the stuff I’m looking for are actually in stock, which I really appreciate. I’ve tried other sites where they let you order and then email later saying it’s canceled, but that haven’t happened to me here.
There was one fragrance I wanted that was sold out, so it’s not perfect every single time. But overall, the inventory seems reliable, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I’m annoyed. The scents were fine, nothing amazing, but the prices are ridiculous for what you actually get. It feels like they’re charging premium prices without delivering anything close to that. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Really happy with my order"
I had a good experience ordering from makesscentsonline.com. The site was simple enough to get around, though it maybe isn’t the fanciest, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble.

My order showed up in good shape, which I was relieved about since I’m always a little nervous ordering fragrance products online. Everything smelled the way I expected, and nothing was leaking or damaged.
Overall, I’m happy with how it went and I’d order again. It was straightforward, the prices seemed fair, and aside from a couple small things that could maybe be a bit smoother, I really don’t have any complaints.

"Cheap bottle and a sloppy label"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The bottle felt super thin and cheap, like one drop and this little flimsy thing would be done for.

The label was the real clown show, though. It was crooked, already peeling on one side, and the print looked kind of blurry. For the price, I expected way better, but this just felt rushed and low quality.
